White is hot this summer season. Add some gold bling, and you are smoking! Talk about one hell of a heat flash when I discovered the studded printed shorts by Philipp Plein. These shorts run for a steep $908, but are well worth the extra cost.
Not only does white go well with everything, it spices up your denim from the usual blue. The combination of white and gold has been a major trend this season as well. I really enjoy the double row of gold studs lining the waist. They could easily pass for a built-in belt, and the strings instead of a zipper mean that there is no reason to even wear a belt. I really like the strings over the zipper because you don't have to worry about leaving your fly down and you can make the shorts as tight or lose as you want.
Summer season is shorts season. These shorts can virtually be worn anywhere. They can be played casually or dressed up depending on the occasion. With some cute sandals and possibly a cropped top to show off the gold studs, you can pull together the perfect summer outfit. While these shorts are out of my budget, don't let that stop you from updating your summer closet with these studded printed shorts from Philipp Plein.
